I believe that personal growth and learning are important cornerstones to health and wellness. So, every month I will deliver a book title to you. A book that I am currently reading or have just finished. A book that will cover one of the five areas of health and wellness, or one that teaches you how to play better golf. The ability to be a player is what a we are after. The path to being a player is not quick. Also, the path is not often straight. But with the proper tools, the path to being a better player is easier to navigate.
“Be a Player” by Pia Nilsson and Lynn Marriott is one of those tools. I fell in love with this book when I read, “…you have to be on the golf course to learn the game…Only on the course will you truly develop your skills, your game—and yourself”.
The purpose of this book is to spur you to reflect and become more aware so you can discover what makes you play your best.
